Appeal by Catharine S. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2006.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties or their attorneys show cause before this court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see Family Ct Act § 1112), by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue with the Clerk of this court on or before February 23, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion on the parties or on their attorneys by regular mail.
