DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendant for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 17, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-00903), and, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent from selling his share of certain corporations pending hearing and determination of that appeal and an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 2, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-00902).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
