DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the appellants to consolidate appeals from a decision of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2006, an order of fact-finding and disposition of the same court dated February 24, 2006, a fact-finding order of the same court dated July 18, 2005, and an order of disposition of the same court dated February 24, 2006, to consolidate the appeals and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the briefs submitted by the appellants to the Clerk of the court are accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Law Guardian's and respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 9, 2007, and the Law Guardian's and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties are directed to file 10 copies of their respective briefs.
