| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 30, 2003, to be furnished with a copy of the Supreme Court's suppression hearing decision.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic on the ground that the defendant has been provided with the oral decision contained in the minutes of the proceedings which occurred on May 16, 2003, and no written decision exists; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged until April 6, 2007, and the appellant's supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
