| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated February 10, 2006, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal, and cross motion by Oakridge Developers, LLC, to dismiss the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to intervene on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew when the appeal is perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 19, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is for leave to intervene on the appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise denied.
