DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to renew and reargue her motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 29, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated January 17, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
