DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 7, 2004.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED the motion is granted, and the supplemental pro se brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to file a brief in response to the supplemental pro se brief is enlarged and the respondent's brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing.
