Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 6, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 14, 2004, as abandoned, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
