Motion by the respondent to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 26, 2003, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered July 8, 1999, as abandoned, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
