Motion by the Law Guardian to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child Sharetta Lizette C., on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated February 23, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian, Judith Waksberg, Esq., of counsel, Tamara A. Steckler, Esq., The Juvenile Rights Practice, 199 Water Street, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10038, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,
