DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from four orders of the County Court, Suffolk County, three dated March 17, 2006, and one dated April 27, 2006, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together, and shall be argued or submitted on the same day, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant shall perfect the appeal from the order dated April 27, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-09042), on or before April 9, 2007; the respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before May 14, 2007; and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before May 29, 2007.
