| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to strike the appendix on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 21, 2006, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike the appendix is granted to the extent that pages 424 through 430 of the appendix are stricken and on or before February 28, 2007, the appellants shall replace those pages with a copy of the material contained therein obtained from the file in the Supreme Court, Queens County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 30, 2007, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
