| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 8, 2006, to substitute Danuta Zieba, administrator of the estate of Kamil Zieba, for the deceased plaintiff Kamil Zieba.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Danuta Zieba, administrator of the estate of Kamil Zieba, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Kamil Zieba, and the caption has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 16, 2007, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
