Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 13, 2006, on the ground that it was entered on the default of the appellants.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Lumberman's Mut. Cas. Co. v Fireman's Fund American Insurance Co., 117 AD2d 588).
