Motion by the New York City Housing Authority for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated November 17, 2006, which modified an order of the Civil Court, City of New York, Queens County, entered January 27, 2005.
