Motion by the appellant pro se for the assignment of counsel to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 3, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 19, 2007, the appellant shall advise this court whether he will allow his retained counsel to file a brief or whether he wishes to proceed pro se.
