| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Michael Delgado from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered March 9, 1997. The appeal has not been perfected. By order to show cause dated January 5, 2007, the appellant was directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal as abandoned (see CPL 460.70[2][c]; 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
Upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
