It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal and to vacate the stay is granted unless the appellant perfects the appeal by the June 2007 term of this court - the filing deadline is April 10, 2007. No further extension of time will be granted. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this court, petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal. In order to expedite the perfection of the appeal, the appellant may proceed on the original record of the trial court. A copy of this order is to be served on the New York County Civil Court Appeals Clerk who will transfer the original file to this office, after the transcript has been properly settled.
