| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Steven MacKenzie from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered June 7, 2002. The appeal has not been perfected. By order to show cause dated December 27, 2006, the appellant was directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal as abandoned (see CPL 460.70[2][c]; 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
