Motion by the appellants and the nonparty-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2006, for leave for the nonparty-appellant to appeal from so much of the order as directed a hearing on the issue of whether the nonparty-appellant should be held in contempt, and to stay enforcement of specified portions of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
