DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 10, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated June 13, 2006, as a poor person. Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order is enlarged until March 27, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
