DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 19, 2006, February 6, 2006, and July 21, 2006 (two orders), respectively, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before March 27, 2007, the appellant shall either (1) retain new counsel and provide the Clerk of this court with the name of retained counsel, or (2) advise the Clerk of this court that she will proceed pro se and that she adopts the brief filed by her former counsel.
