| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 25, 2006, as a poor person and for an enlargement of the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied, with leave to renew on or before March 21, 2007, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of the time to perfect the appeal is held in abeyance pending the renewal of the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief.
