Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the opinion and order of this court dated September 26, 2006, which disbarred him from the practice of law, effective immediately. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 14, 1999, under the name Volf Zev Birman.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied in its entirety.
