| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Allison Landis, who was admitted under the name Allison Faith Landis to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 20, 2000, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Allison Landis Phair.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Allison Faith Landis to Allison Landis Phair, effective immediately.
