Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend his time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 25, 2006, pursuant to chapter 738 of the Laws 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to take an appeal from the order is extended and the appellant's motion papers are deemed a timely notice of appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 25, 2006.
