Motion by the appellant "to waive the photocopying fee" charged by the Clerk of this court, and to be provided with photocopies "of all the documents filed in his [appeal]" from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered March 26, 1999, which was determined by a decision and order of this court dated April 18, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
