Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 13, 2006, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before March 30, 2007, with an affidavit showing that the appeal has merit.
