Motion by Robert Chan and Jimmy K. Moy for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated July 26, 2006, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court, Kings County, entered November 18, 2004.
