DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan, and Whitman & Ransom to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals and cross appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all entered June 5, 2006, and two orders of the same court both entered October 16, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
