Application by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 18, 2005, to substitute Maxine Hershorn, administrator of the estate of Abraham Hershorn, a/k/a Abe Hershorn, a/k/a Alan Hershorn, for the deceased plaintiff Abraham Hershorn, a/k/a Abe Hershorn, a/k/a Alan Hershorn.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Maxine Hershorn, administrator of the estate of Abraham Hershorn, a/k/a Abe Hershorn, a/k/a Alan Hershorn, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Abraham Hershorn, a/k/a Abe Hershorn, a/k/a Alan Hershorn , and the caption has been amended accordingly.
