DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Law Guardian appointed to represent the children in a matter before the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to be relieved from representing the children on an appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 3, 2006, and for the assignment of a new Law Guardian.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking this relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, on or before March 14, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that the Law Guardian does not seek to be relieved in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, by March 14, 2007, the Law Guardian shall serve and file her brief on the appeal on or before April 6, 2007.
