| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents Pav-Co Asphalt, Inc., and William Fehr to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 5, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated May 19, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 15, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of the court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
