| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 27, 2006, to resettle the record and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to resettle the record is granted to the extent that the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Dutchess County, to resettle the record and issue a report thereon, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is held in abeyance in the interim.
