Motion by the appellant-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, King County, dated January 6, 2006, to strike points III and IV of the reply brief of the respondent-appellant Saint Ann's School and to strike points I through VI of the reply brief of the respondents-appellants Builders Group (Park Row), Inc., and Builders Group, LLC.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
