Separate applications by the respondent and the Law Guardian pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated August 29, 2006.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondent and Law Guardian to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until March 30, 2007, and the respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
