Application by the respondents T.K. Management, K&C Building-35, LLC, and Tom Kourkoumelis pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 27, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents T.K. Management, K&C Building-35, LLC, and Tom Kourkoumelis to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 23, 2007, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
