DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by J. Henry Neale and the appellant Jose R. on an appeal from an order of disposition of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 21, 2006, for leave to reargue that branch of their motion which was to assign J. Henry Neale to prosecute the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 6, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
