It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay and dismiss the appeal is granted unless it is perfected by no later than April 10, 2007, the filing deadline for the June 2007 term of this Court. In order to expedite the perfection of the appeal, the parties should attempt to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript. Thereafter, the appeal will be permitted to proceed on the original record of the trial court. A copy of this order is to be served on the appeals clerk of the New York County Civil Court. In the event the appeal is not perfected by the June 2007 term, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay of the legal fees hearing and dismissing the appeal.
