DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Law Guardian assigned to represent the child in a proceeding before the Family Court, Kings County, in effect, to be relieved, for the assignment of a new Law Guardian to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 6, 2006, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to be relieved and for the assignment of a new Law Guardian are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is referred to the Clerk of this court for the issuance of a scheduling order pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
