SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Jorge Stuart from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 30, 2006. By scheduling order of this court dated October 26, 2006, the appellant's time to perfect the above-entitled appeal was enlarged until November 13, 2006. By decision and order on motion dated January 17, 2007, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until February 20, 2007, and the order stated that no further enlargements of time would be granted. The appeal has not been perfected.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
