| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Isaac Levin on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 5, 2006, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appendix is denied with leave to renew when the appeals are perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 10, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
We note that the appellant Ofra Levin must appear either pro se or by an attorney (see CPLR 321).
