DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Igor Khelemsky to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered May 31, 2005, and March 16, 2006, respectively. Application by the respondent Boris Khorets pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for the same relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in or relation thereto, and upon the application, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 16, 2007, and the respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
