It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted. The appellant has failed to comply with the order of this court requiring the payment of accruing use and occupancy and the prompt perfection of the appeal. The warrant may be executed after March 20, 2007. This is to afford the appellant an opportunity to become current in the payment of use and occupancy and to perfect the appeal and thereafter, move to re-instate the stay.
