| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
By decision and order on application of this court dated October 31, 2006, the Grievance Committee for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against respondent and the issues raised were referred to the Honorable James A. Gowan, as Special Referee to hear and report. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 21, 1953.
Upon the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the Honorable James A. Gowan is relieved as Special Referee; and it is further,
ORDERED that the issues raised by the petition and any answer thereto are reassigned to David I. Ferber, Esq., c/o Ferber Chan Essner & Coller, LLP, 530 Fifth Avenue, 23rd Floor, New York, N.Y. 10036, as Special Referee to hear and report together with his findings on the issues.
