DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Andreas Grigoropolous to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 6, 2006, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered May 18, 2006, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 11, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
