| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated December 12, 2006, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 19, 2007, which, inter alia, granted a stay of enforcement of the order dated December 12, 2006, on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before March 12, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the stipulation of the parties dated March 6, 2007, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion dated January 19, 2007, is amended by (1) deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 12, 2007," and substituting therefor the date "March 26, 2007," and (2) deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the dates "March 26, 2007," and "April 2, 2007," and substituting therefor the dates "April 16, 2007," and "April 30, 2007," respectively.
