Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 25, 2005, dismissing an appeal from a purported judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 7, 2004 (see People v Crawford, 239 AD2d 515), and to reinstate the appeal.
