Motion by the appellant New York City Health and Hospital Corporation pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to extend the time to file a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 16, 2006, which notice of appeal was timely served upon all other parties.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time for the appellant New York City Health and Hospital Corporation to file its notice of appeal in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is extended up to and including March 28, 2007.
