| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated August 29, 2006, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 21, 2006, which granted the appellant's motion to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before November 20, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated September 21, 2006, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "January 31, 2007" and substituting therefor the date "April 16, 2007"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further amendments of the decision and order on motion of this court dated September 21, 2006, will be granted.
